Pro Trainers Hub provides professional training, mentoring and career-readiness support. Participation does not guarantee employment, interviews, visa outcomes, salary, promotion or certification success. Outcomes depend on participant effort, prior experience, work rights, employer requirements, recruitment processes and market conditions.
References to Microsoft and EC-Council certifications describe alignment or preparation pathways. Unless explicitly stated in writing, examination vouchers, official certification and third-party fees are not included.

Publish a separate, intake-specific refund and cancellation policy that clearly explains deposits, payment schedules, cooling-off arrangements, participant cancellations, provider cancellations, transfers and access to digital materials.
